This inspiration came to me when I quit my previous job in advertising, taking my time off diving everyday in a beautiful island of Dumaguete. Just about 2 days before I pack, my dive buddy gave me this beautiful idea of making ‘cakepop’ a business of my own. I instantly searched for it online and only found the method isn’t that hard after all! I was in the creative business and all I need is practice… stay creative… be inspired.
I wanted to stay out of advertising (I hope to be forever!) and do something different that I am passionate about. There was an advise from my closest friends - Be careful. Don’t fall into a trap where you think passion = business. It’s not that simple. Think twice.
Taking that into consideration, I thought, nah… let’s give it a try.
My sister (Claudia) and I gave it a try and it was a blast when it first came out! Kids, parents, friends, family members, ex-colleagues, media friends loved them all! The taste has been perfected, the designs are getting better each time.
Use all the synonyms from the word “Joy“… The amount of smiles you deliver is unbelievable! To me, the most beautiful thing about cakepops is that you put a smile upon everyone’s face. Imagine how meaningful & beautiful is that.
Stay tuned for more to come.

I love the otherwordly vibes of this audio record. Musicians, what can be added to this? Strings? Percussion? …What else?
The power of strings is incredibly soothing… yes to strings.
